DLD is flexible when it comes to returns.
Have to return an item your not completely satisfied with? A custom dental appliance can be returned within 60 days of purchase and our dental accessories can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Non-refundable accessories are Impression kits, impression putty and impression trays due to their hygienic nature. In the event a cancelation is requested after an order has been processed and the impression kit has been shipped to you a full refund is allowed minus the $59 impression kit fee. The impression kit will be yours to keep and can be used for any future purchases with DLD.
A custom dental appliance or dental accessory will need to be returned back to DLD not showing any heavy signs of wear or be modified in any way to receive credit. The 60 day warranty applies to the fit and function of the appliance only. Dental Lab Direct is not responsible for any incorrectly chosen tooth or gum color choices.
Purchasing a custom-made appliance from Dental Lab Direct is not like purchasing an off-the-shelf product from a retailer. As with any company that creates a truly custom made product we can never recoup the amount of work we put into your appliance. Please remember we are not designing your appliance to your mouth but a dental impression made by you. If the appliance you received is not fitting correctly this is because it was made from an inaccurate impression and NOT faulty craftsmanship. If you received a custom appliance that is not fitting the way you expected you can send it back to us for a free adjustment, a redo or a refund. We are happy to make adjustments to your appliance at no charge, just contact our customer service to discuss the issue and we’ll make it right. When a redo is requested we will ship out another impression kit to you at no charge. Then you will retake your impressions and send them back to us with the non fitting appliance. In the event you request a refund you will be credited back 70% (seventy percent) of the original purchase price once the non fitting appliance is returned back to DLD. Expedited shipping and applicable taxes will be charged accordingly and are not refundable. Please note when you choose to proceed with a second remake your appliance will no longer be eligible for a return. We are happy to always work with our customers and will try our best to meet your expectations. We put our hearts into making quality dental appliances and aren’t satisfied until you are.
