DLD is flexible when it comes to returns.
Have to return an item your not completely satisfied with? A custom dental appliance can be returned within 60 days of the appliance’s last shipping date and our dental accessories can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
A custom dental appliance or dental accessory must not show any heavy signs of wear or be modified in any way to receive full credit. The 60 day warranty applies to the fit and function of the appliance.
If your 1st custom dental appliance does not fit properly or needs adjustment, you have the option to send the appliance back for an adjustment or you can be refunded. The customer has one free (1) adjustment to their custom appliance and/or one (1) redo of their appliance if the appliance is not fitting. When Dental Lab Direct notifies the customer about a poorly taken impression or missing information and the customer wants to proceed, the return policy will be voided.
When a refund or adjustment is requested it is the customers responsibility to return the undamaged dental appliance back to Dental Lab Direct 60 days prior to the final shipping date. When making the return please include your full name, order number, email, mailing address and reason for the return with the appliance. If a refund is requested 2 days after the purchase, the customer is responsible for the cost of the impression kit. In the event the customer requests a refund during the fabrication of their custom appliance a refund cannot be issued.

Customers will be fully refunded for the custom appliance, with exception of the impression kit, expedited shipping costs and applicable taxes. The impression kit will be charged to the customer for the cost it is currently being sold for. Refunds will be processed immediately, but may take 5-10 days to show on your credit card balance.
