At Dental Lab Direct we process and dispatch all orders within 1 business day. Order dispatching is not handled during the weekend hours. Delivery time for your impression kit to arrive depends on your chosen service and location, but usually within a few days. A tracking number will be provided to the customers specified email when shipments are in transit. Transit during the holiday season might cause delivery delays. Delivery times are not guaranteed so our apologies in advance for any inconvenience.

Dental Lab Direct requires 3 to 4 weeks for most custom-made dental appliances to arrive. If technical difficulties occur with an order or a shipping delay occurs your order can take slightly longer to arrive. Included with your impression kit will be 1 pre-paid shipping label. Once finished taking your impressions, place the label onto the DLD box and drop your kit off at your local mailbox or post office.
