Retainer is a harder plastic and longer lasting retainer than the one I got from another online provider. There was a minor issue with the 1st order recieved, and customer service responded within hours and resolved it.

I have also ordered a backup set of retainers. I am very happy with the product quality and the company's customer service.

I thought it was too good to be true at first, but for this price I was willing to take the risk. Boy am I glad I did! I’m completely satisfied and the process was simple, quick and super easy!
