If you’re dealing with missing teeth, partial dentures offer multiple benefits that greatly improve your quality of life. Feeling self-conscious about missing teeth can take a toll on your self-esteem, but dentures give you a reason to smile confidently again. But partial dentures can cost up to $3,100 when you get them from a dentist. This makes them unattainable to many people. But when you buy directly from a trusted warehouse, you can save up to 70%.
In this blog post, we’ll break down the costs of partial dentures when you don’t have insurance and explore some affordable options.
Partial dentures are removable dental appliances that replace one or multiple missing teeth in the upper or lower jaw. They are specially designed to fit around and blend in with the remaining natural teeth, filling the gaps left by the missing teeth.
How long your partial dentures last depends on several things, including the quality of the denture, how well it is cared for, and changes in your mouth over time.
On average, partial dentures can last 5 to 10 years, but some may last longer with proper maintenance.
Coverage for partial dentures depends on your specific insurance plan. Dental insurance plans often categorize dental procedures into different classes or categories, and each class may have a different level of coverage.
Partial dentures are typically considered a major dental procedure, and insurance plans may cover a percentage of the cost after you meet the deductible. The specific coverage details, including deductibles, annual maximums, waiting periods, and coverage percentages, can vary between insurance plans.
Some insurance plans might not cover partial denture costs at all.
The cost of partial dentures varies widely based on several factors, including the type of partial denture, materials used, the complexity of the design, geographic location and whether you get them from a dentist or a trusted warehouse directly.
Below, we compare how much partial dentures cost between traditional dentists and Dental Lab Direct.

WOW!
my dentist sold me a huge bulky plastic piece with two metal hooks that covered my entire roof. only one month and this thing is the BOMB! cannot say enough how much more comfortable and easier to deal with this product is. i can tell that eating will not involve taking a chunk of plastic out first. if your on the fence just go for it!!!!
thanks for the great fit first time!!!!
I got 2 of the nesbit partials as I had missing teeth one on the bottom one on the top both front ,so when I smiled or talked it showed . I was very self conscious of it..they are a game changer , fit well ..no problems eating , lol just finished popcorn ..not afraid to smile or talk..thank you Dental Direct for providing this especially to those of us that don't have insurance..
DLD are changing lives.
I'm happy with it.
I chose the medium color and it matched my teeth almost perfectly.
Absolutely thrilled with my retainers. Purchased both top and bottom after getting quotes from my dentist and orthodontist. These were half the cost but even better than my original ones. So impressed with the quality. Highly recommend.
Received the Nesbit but it was non-fitting. DLD was very helpful and easy to work with to get new impression made, to remake a new one. Stellar customer service and professional products. I will be using DLD again most definitely.
They are Great!! Just like advertised, like wearing nothing, veneers were thin and fit perfectly! Very Happy!!
Love them and they’re so comfortable and they look great.
Best part is how easy these are to clean A+
Had a bad experience with another company but Dental Direct delivered
A little difficult to get used to wearing but perfect fit and looks totally natural!
I’m happy I found dental direct. The service was quick, easy and relatively inexpensive.
I’m very happy with my partial, it fits to my satisfaction, y’all did a great job. Thanks so much for completing my smile
The durability of easy dentures is so impressive. They've held up really well, and I've had them for a year now.
Very convenient not having to mix and pack your own trays. Although, I personally preferred the self mix putty, and trays. The process to activate the no stress trays involves boiling them. So the putty is quite hot when taking the impressions.
