If you’re dealing with missing teeth, partial dentures offer multiple benefits that greatly improve your quality of life. Feeling self-conscious about missing teeth can take a toll on your self-esteem, but dentures give you a reason to smile confidently again. But partial dentures can cost up to $3,100 when you get them from a dentist. This makes them unattainable to many people. But when you buy directly from a trusted warehouse, you can save up to 70%.
In this blog post, we’ll break down the costs of partial dentures when you don’t have insurance and explore some affordable options.
Partial dentures are removable dental appliances that replace one or multiple missing teeth in the upper or lower jaw. They are specially designed to fit around and blend in with the remaining natural teeth, filling the gaps left by the missing teeth.
How long your partial dentures last depends on several things, including the quality of the denture, how well it is cared for, and changes in your mouth over time.
On average, partial dentures can last 5 to 10 years, but some may last longer with proper maintenance.
Coverage for partial dentures depends on your specific insurance plan. Dental insurance plans often categorize dental procedures into different classes or categories, and each class may have a different level of coverage.
Partial dentures are typically considered a major dental procedure, and insurance plans may cover a percentage of the cost after you meet the deductible. The specific coverage details, including deductibles, annual maximums, waiting periods, and coverage percentages, can vary between insurance plans.
Some insurance plans might not cover partial denture costs at all.
The cost of partial dentures varies widely based on several factors, including the type of partial denture, materials used, the complexity of the design, geographic location and whether you get them from a dentist or a trusted warehouse directly.
Below, we compare how much partial dentures cost between traditional dentists and Dental Lab Direct.

The metal clasps are typically made from materials like cobalt-chromium alloy or other dental-grade metals. The clasps are custom-fitted to the patient’s mouth and natural teeth, ensuring a secure and comfortable fit for the partial denture.
$1,300 – $3,100 per arch
$399.99 – $449.99
Flexible nylon partial dentures’ flexibility allows for a comfortable fit because they can adapt to the movements and contours of your mouth. Got my Easy Dentures last month and I can't stop smiling. They fit perfectly and feel so natural!
Fit great, super simple process
It was a very simple process and I am very happy. I just could not see spending $5000 on an implant.
the partial fit great but I thought I was expecting a 20% discount. I also do not know to upload a photo.
I can't believe how nice my acrylic flipper looks.
Bottom partial fits well! I can chew again without worrying about choking! I am more confident with my smile and holding conversations with others!
I bought the same item in February 2025 and it never did fit right I sent it back, it just was never right. I accidentally lost it and I was highly upset with myself, but it turned out great because my second one is perfect. I can even eat with it! So it ultimately cost me $1000 it was still worth it.
Great job the color was off but they fit fine
Mine just snapped into place perfectly.
No more gaps in my teeth !!
Really terrific night guard. Had one previously made by my dentist (much more costly!), and haven’t been able to wear that one because it’s so hard and uncomfortable. But this night guard is much softer, and best part is, I’ve been able to comfortably wear it nightly. Easy process, quick turnaround…will definitely be a repeat customer.
You did awesome. I love the fit. And I have my confidence back!
I just had DLD make me an upper arch partial plate to replace two missing teeth. The finished product was perfect. I was able to take it out of the box and pop it in my mouth without any adjustments. I was amazed that I was able to eat easily and did not need any time to adjust to the partial. As long as you follow the directions on how to make the impressions, the whole process is easy. Thank you DLD for helping me feel like smiling again!
Amazing amazing thank you!
I can't believe they aren't charging more for this, one happy camper
I love my partial! The boost of confidence I have again to smile big is nothing short of amazing!! Thank you DLD I'm very satisfied with my purchase!
