Beware of the fine print that says You must send in a picture of your first one or they can't guarantee what the second one will look like even though they say they have everything on file if you don't send a picture of your first one you're going to be out of luck I wasn't happy with the second one it was smaller than the first one although it fits

The instructions were easy to follow and it was a very simple process that i could do on my own time. The time to get the retainer back did take a few weeks, but this was the same duration that I was quoted at my local orthodontist who wanted to charge me double to get the exact same retainer but just have them do the work. 10/10 I would use dental direct again.
