Nesbit partial dentures, also known as flipper teeth, are a form of removable partial dentures that sit in the gap of a single missing tooth. They are typically smaller, less expensive and less cumbersome than more extensive partial dentures.
There are three steps to the process of getting your Nesbit partial dentures:
1. Your at-home impression kit will arrive in a few days and we will guide you through the process.
2. Mail the impressions back to our laboratory in Chicago using the pre-paid return label.
3. We’ll mail your custom-made dental appliance directly to your home in about three weeks.
Nesbit flexible partial dentures need to be cleaned immediately whenever they aren’t being worn.
To clean, rinse them in warm water, but not too hot. Then, wash them using a specialized denture cleaner or mild hand or dish soap. Dry them completely before storing them in their case to prevent mold and mildew.
To avoid your Nesbit partials from drying out, keep them submerged overnight in lukewarm water. You can even add some denture-specific cleaning solution to the water.
In short, yes, you can eat food and drink liquids while wearing a Nesbit partial denture. However, care should be taken in certain situations.
Hard, crunchy, and hot foods can damage the integrity of your dentures. Chewy foods like gum and caramel should also be avoided.
At Dental Lab Direct, Nesbit partial dentures start at $349.99.
Satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you aren't happy with your custom-made DLD appliance, just contact us and we'll make sure you are.
I was skeptical at first because I had bought from a different company and they were busy and didn't fit right but I did the old and love them the teeth are a perfect fit and gave me my smile back
The Custom-Made Hyrid Nightguard I received was great, but I ordered 2 Nightguards and received only 1. I paid $360 for2 but got 1. This looks like a ripoff or incompetence.
The product is a life enhancement.
Excellent! Thank you Dental Lab!
Very excellent professional job good fit very comfortable. I was totally impressed with the work done on my lower partial and just given the few teeth I had to work with and the impression that I sent in the technician did fantastic job. Thank you so much.
So incredibly happy! The thickness of the plastic on the roof of my mouth gives me a slight lisp. (Wish it was thinner) But still a way better option than the plastic flipper I was given by my dentist. Would highly recommend!
I can finally chew and eat and sleep right now thank you so much
Surprisingly easy and they feel like a part of me now. Very satisfied customer!
The customer support is great, i needed a slight adjustment and it was done without an issue.
No more metal in my mouth, thank you!!
