DLD impression starter kit for at-home teeth impressions. Order our risk- free impression kit, if your a candidate we will credit your impression kit order and get you started an an appliance of your choice. Kit must be used within 6 months of purchase. Impression kits are a non-refundable item.

Your impression kit includes:

  • 2 male/female sized sets of upper and lower arch impression trays included
  • 3 sets of mixing putty- 1 set for upper and 1 set for lower arch and an extra set for backup
  • Easy to follow instruction booklet and custom appliance form
  • Each kit is for 1 individual use per customer
  • Pre-paid First Class USPS return shipping label included

1 starter kit is included with the purchase of any custom dental appliance.
